Shipping and Return Policy

At www.kanaiyali.com, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and cheapest manner. Please inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving and signing the report.

Processing Your Order

We usually dispatch your order within 24 hours. But, if the item ordered is under production, it may take two to four days to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

Track Your Shipment

When your order is shipped from our factory / ware house, you will receive a Shipment email informing you about the items that were shipped, the Courier used to ship these items, and a tracking number. Please visit the courier company’s website, and use the tracking number to know the status of your shipment.


Every package from us arrives at your door step in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Please do not accept the package if it appears to have been tampered with. If a product is damaged, inform our customer service immediately.

Important Note

The company (Vayam Store) is not responsible for delays due to unavoidable reasons and natural calamities.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

If you want the products to be delivered to different locations, you need to place separate orders.

We deliver through best courier companies to ensure your order reaches fast and in good condition.

We try to ship all items in an order together to you. This may not be possible sometimes in case of product characteristics or their availability.

We require your signature and ID proof as an evidence of delivery.

To prevent misplaced delivery, please keep one of the following identity cards for verification:

  • Pan Card
  • Driving License
  • Passport
  • Voter Identification Card
  • Unique Identification Card (Aadhaar)

Return Policy

The following general guidelines with regard to returns apply to all items sold on Kanaiyali.

Some products cannot be returned and are marked on the product detail page separately.

If received product get damage or defective. That Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box /packaging.

After receive the product do you any queries please write us to contact@kanaiyali.com within 24 Hours. If product has any fault or damage customer can collect the money back.

Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing.
